Horizontal bag filters are used in almost all industrial sectors, from energy and heating technology, metallurgical and chemical industries to food industry and bulk solid industry. The horizontal bag filter is based on proven and effective filtration methods, using filter bags made of various types of high-quality wool. The material used in the filter bag is selected separately according to the intended use of the filter. This can range from common polyester non-woven fabrics to glass wool with teflon film, including various surface treatments. Available materials can filter gas at temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.
Depending on the application, the filtration system is made of corrosion or acid resistant steel. Their innovative design is the result of years of experience combined with innovative design methods using new tools.
The contaminated gas is sent to the upper part of the filter, known as filterfuchs. There, a stable and uniform distribution of the exhaust flow occurs, which ensures a balanced and uniform use of the entire filter surface. The particles deposited on the surface of the filter bag occur. The cleaning gas enters the inside of the filter bag and is directed from there to the outside through the so-called cleaning chamber. The separated dirt particles fall into the funnel of the filter and can be removed by various removal systems.
For coarse dust and pre separation of grinding or incandescent particles, an integrated front chamber (chamber or distribution chamber) is provided for the filtration system. With this measure, the filter bag is protected and is only used for the later step of waste gas purification.
The modular design of the filter allows its configuration, regardless of the power required (range from 1000 to 120000 m3 / h) and the space available for installation (low filter, high filter, multi-stage filter, dual filter, etc.). ，

Regeneration in off-line system with lockable filter section
In horizontal filters, a compressed air regeneration system can be used, which operates online or offline while regenerating the line filter bag or the entire lockable filter section. The off-line regeneration system with a lockable part of the filter allows complete blocking of the relationship between the filter chamber and the air flow during the regeneration of the filter material. These filters are divided into separate sections, each with its own funnel and a separate closure. The solution allows the removal of the filter bag surface, even if it is difficult to regenerate dust. The separation system of the filter section can be maintained and repaired during operation without shutting down the equipment. The structure of this filter provides high availability of the entire dust removal system, which is increasingly needed by today's customers.
The use of our filtration system ensures compliance with European directives on filter efficiency requirements.
