Without effective management, compressed gas will become an expensive commodity. The main cost comes from the production and leakage loss of compressed gas. Poor management will lead to rapid deterioration of the system, oil, water, particles, bacteria residues will cause pollution of the end product.
Compressed gas management can be divided into three categories
Effective removal of contaminants, including oil, water, and dirt formed by microorganisms
Reduce pressure loss (compressor to point of use)
Eliminate the system loss caused by leakage, uneconomical drying equipment and ineffective condensate drainage device
